CNFCE in the 1st edition of the "Creation of Entreprises" Fair, October 17th - 18th, 2008

CNFCE participated in the first edition of the "Creation of Entreprises" Fair from October 17th til October 18th, 2008, in the Parc d'Expoistions d'El Kram in Tunis.

This fair was organized by API (Agence de Promotion des Investissements). The stand of CNFCE was visited by many visitors who expressed their interest in the organization, its activities and its key role in the promotion of women's entrepreneurship. Many young people - mostly graduates - inquired about the business environment as well as the advisory role of the organization to promote and direct emerging young entrepreneurs to get in the business world. Some of them exposed their projects to the CNFCE Board Members who were present in the stand. The participation at the Fair was an opportunity for CNFCE members to reinforce the image of the organization and enhance its role in the national economy. Moreover, it was an opportunity for the CNFCE to encourage new university graduates to have their own entreprises and participate in the development of the national economy.

CNFCE had the opportunity to inform the new graduates of the launching of the 5th session of the Entrepreneurship Development Program, a program gathering many parties including the CNFCE, CJD, UNIDO, CAWTAR, BFPME and BTS. The program objective is to promote an entrepreneurship spirit and to bolster entrepreneurship in Tunisia. It is essentially composed of the following:
- On site-training monitored by entrepreneurs and professionals (25 days)
- Business Plan establishment, technological links and partners identification through UNIDO Networking
- Setting up project financing
- Entrepise creation, project start-up and development.
