MENA Businesswomen's Network Partners
The MENA BWN is a collaboration between nine Network Hub organizations, the Middle East Partnership Initiative of the U.S. Department of State, and Vital Voices Global Partnership.
The MENA Businesswomen's Network is driven by nine "Network Hub" organizations including: Association des Chefs d'Entreprises du Maroc, The Bahrain Businesswomen's Society, Business & Professional Women Association - Amman, Business Women Forum (Palestinian Territories), Dubai Business Women Society, Kuwait Economic Society, Lebanese League for Women in Business, National Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs (CNFCE) in Tunisia, and the Qatari Business Women Forum. These organizations work separately and together to serve businesswomen in the region.
Middle East Partnership Initiative of the U.S. Department of State
The Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) is at the forefront of U.S. efforts to advance democratic reform and vibrant, prosperous societies in the Middle East and North Africa. An integral part of U.S. policy, MEPI provides coordinated, tangible support and public commitment to indigenous efforts in the areas of women's empowerment, educational advancement, economic development, and political participation. Through timely, responsive, and innovative approaches, MEPI programs provide critical assistance to local reformers as they lay the necessary institutional and legal foundations for sustainable economic and human growth.
Vital Voices Global Partnership
Vital Voices works to promote the advancement of women. Their mission is to build leadership capacity, facilitate strategic partnerships, recognize women who are leading change and enhancing their credibility, and foster global connections amongst women. Because they believe in the transformative value of women's participation in society, Vital Voices invests in women leaders who are pioneers of economic development, political participation, and human rights in their countries. They assist these leaders in building the capabilities, connections, and credibility they need to unlock their potential as catalysts of global progress.
