"New Board for Qatari Businesswomen Forum "

On January 19th.the Qatari Businesswomen’s Forum announced its new board members and committees at a press conference in Sharq Village and & SPA hotel. The new board, to be chaired by H.E. Sheikha Al Anood Bint Khalifa Bin Hamad Al Thani, announced that the QBWF will be expanding its membership to female university students as well as non-Qatari residents meeting certain criteria. This move hopes to increase QBWF activities and enhance knowledge exchange among members in order to create new business and investment opportunities for them. In addition, the QBWF announced the decision to form several board committees, as well as asserted the board efforts to achieving increasing women’s participation in Qatar’s economic sector, as well as strengthening the organization’s ties regionally and internationally.
