"A successful visit of UAE women leaders delegation to Washington, DC"

In Washington D.C., a delegation of senior Emirati women met with their US counterparts in their respective fields (government, business and think tanks). The visit provided an opportunity for the women to exchange thoughts and views regarding the role of women around the world, while emphasizing the significant role of women in Emirati society. The women participated in discussions with US women leaders at several events hosted by the Middle East Institute, Women in International Security and Vital Voices Global Partnership. The delegation was organized and hosted by the UAE Embassy in Washington and celebrated the progressive role of women in its country and around the world.
