"UAE office space to 'virtually double' by 2014 - study"

Landmark Advisory states that the construction of new commercial properties will continue, leaving the UAE with as much as 45.9 million square feet of available office space by 2014. The increased competition will drive down rent costs and improve the quality of office supply making Dubai and Abu Dhabi more attractive to business investment. The director of Landmark Advisory remarked that, now, the market needs stimulus initiatives to encourage growth in industries that will diversify the country's economy.
