Advocacy
Advocacy is a core feature of the MENA Businesswomen’s Network. Network Hubs launch advocacy campaigns targeting issues of importance to their memberships. Some Hubs work to change laws and regulations affecting women in business; others work to include women on economic policy committees. Hubs also address social and health issues, such as family violence and breast cancer awareness.

Making it Our Business
The Making it Our Business: Breast Cancer Awareness program helps educate employees, their families and customers about breast cancer and about simple steps to help diagnose the disease in the early stages.

Mentoring
Mentoring programs are a key component of some Network Hubs' activities. They are a source of support and inspiration for emerging businesswomen and contribute to the development of leadership, management and business skills.

The MENA BWN Businesswomen of the Year Award recognizes outstanding accomplishments of women positioned to shape the future of the MENA business landscape in their respective fields of endeavor and as role models for aspiring businesswomen.
