Mentoring
Mentoring programs are established as a source of support and inspiration for emerging businesswomen and contribute to the development of leadership, management and business skills. Successful mentorships create networks and connections, build self-esteem, determination, capacities and self confidence. Mentoring and youth outreach programs are a key component for many Network Hubs. The programs increase youth interest in business and develop a culture of entrepreneurship. Hubs reach out to young people in various ways, including hosting lectures on university campuses on entrepreneurship and business, organizing internship programs that pair students with Network members’ businesses and organizing formal mentoring programs with partner universities.
